Family lawyer
where violence is involved

When criminal proceedings are open, divorce and custody are decided by a different court under different rules. It pays to handle everything with one strategy.
Celeste Pérez Bleda, Gender-based violence lawyer in Alicante

The lawyer

Defending a woman against gender-based violence is, for me, a commitment to equality and respect. Defending a man against a false accusation of gender-based violence means protecting justice and fairness.

It means standing up for a society where everyone, regardless of gender, can live free from violence and discrimination.
